Clamped

C1 is locked against its stop; clamps retain the seated part.

Datums are not floating clamp jaws. A/B coordinates are preset and locked. On Options 2 and 3, four internal shoes are operated by extension shafts and handwheels outside the small opening. C1 retracts for loading, then returns to a positive shoulder and lock before clamping. Pads are rigid contour carriers with thin liners, not soft foam nests.

Review limits. The customer shell is a simplified, vertex-derived model. The six-contact rank check assumes a rigid part and closed contacts. Skin indentation, clamp preload, axial sensitivity and repeatability remain unqualified. Options 2 and 3 have no external pressure shoes. Internal expansion still loads the skin/core. Option 2 needs qualified friction for axial draw-back; it is not a positive axial interlock. Hand cylinders are nominal 100 mm clearance proxies, not ergonomic certification.
